- 2-3 egg whites ues ¼ cup of coconut oil for egg free

- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup sourdough starter active or discard
- Zest of one orange or lemon, or grapefruit
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped raw nuts I used walnuts and almonds in the pictured granola
- ¼ cup of seeds of your choice I used pumpkin and chia in the pictured granola
- 1 cup dried fruit I used cranberries and blueberries in the pictured granola
- Handful of coconut chips
OPTIONAL ADD-INS: a few scoops of plain protein powder, seasonings like cinnamon, vanilla, etc.
