Herbal Gingerade
Ingredients

qt
filtered water
5
TBSP
freshly grated ginger
1-2
lemons
1
cinnamon stick
Raw
local honey to taste
Pinch
of mineral salt
Instructions
Bring a small pot of filtered water to a boil
Add all ingredients except for the honey and simmer on low for 10 minutes
Add honey to taste and enjoy
Notes
Notes: You can also steep and cool down in the fridge before serving over ice
